General Manager

  • Reports to the Chairman and is responsible for the overall smooth & efficient operation of the House
  • Attends Board Meetings – is part of Finance and Strategy & Governance Committees
  • Handles all day to day financial issues and prepares all financial reports and budgets - oversees audits
  • Appoints & manages all external maintenance and other support contractors
  • Ensures compliance with all relevant regulations governing a Housing Society, plus Health & Safety legislation and other relevant regulations including Hygiene and Safety




Susan Jennings



House Manager

  • Reports to the Vice Chairman and supports tenants to be as independent as possible, depending on their needs
  • Liaises with local health professionals and agencies and manages ‘out of hours’ support and
  • Maintains regular contact with tenants to ensure their welfare and comfort
  • Organises and encourages participation in social activities and events within the House – and external trips
  • Introduces prospective and new tenants to the House
